Marissa Phillips inducted into Kappa Delta Pi

The first induction ceremony of the Delaware Valley University chapter of the Kappa Delta Pi (KDP), an international honor society in education, will be held on Friday, April 29 at 5:30 p.m. in the Life Sciences Building auditorium. Marissa Phillips of Port Jervis, New York will be inducted into the Society at the ceremony.

KDP was founded in 1911 to foster excellence in education and promote fellowship among those dedicated to teaching.

Honorary Trustee Dr. Jim Diamond '61 and Administrative Assistant in Education Gillian Ricchetti will be recognized. Carol Aichele, Former Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a member of the University's Board of Trustees, will be the guest speaker for the occasion.
