Delaware Valley University Announces New Business AI MBA Specialization and Graduate Certificate
DelVal's new Business AI offerings equipe professionals with the skills needed to effectively apply AI in business settings
Doylestown, PA (01/22/2026) — Delaware Valley University announced a new Master of Business Administration (MBA) specialization and stand-alone graduate certificate, Business Artificial Intelligence. The programs, launching in fall 2026, are designed to equip professionals with the strategic, analytical and managerial skills needed to effectively apply AI in business settings across industries.
Courses in the new programs include:
- Artificial Intelligence Integration for Business Strategy and Operations
- Artificial Intelligence in Customer Experience and Value Creation
- Leadership, Governance and Ethics in Business Artificial Intelligence
The specialization requires nine credits and is open to students in DelVal's MBA. The certificate requires 12 credits (the three courses above plus one elective) and is stackable, meaning students enrolled in another graduate program, such as the Master of Management and Organizational Leadership (MMOL) program, can use three of the four courses to fulfill their elective coursework and complete the additional course over and above the master's degree requirements to earn the certificate. Students are also able to begin with the certificate, then apply those credits directly to the MBA or MMOL program, making the entry process smoother.
Both programs provide flexible options for students looking to deepen their understanding of AI's business applications. The programs are designed for business leaders who will lead and implement AI solutions that advance organizational strategy, improve customer experiences and address governance and ethics. The programs help professionals bridge the gap between AI and business strategy and emphasizes practical customer experience, operations and governance making it relevant across industries.
"Delaware Valley University is positioning itself at the forefront of graduate business education by preparing the next generation of leaders who can leverage AI strategically," said Joseph H. Paris, dean of the School of Graduate and Professional Studies. "These programs reflect our commitment to delivering a high-quality graduate education that addresses critical workforce demands. We're equipping professionals to navigate rapid technological change and lead their organizations with both strategic vision and ethical responsibility."
