Delaware Valley University Seeking Entries for A-Day Fair

Enter Yourself For a Chance to Win a State Fair Ribbon in One of 12 Departments Open to the Public

Doylestown, PA (03/04/2026) — Delaware Valley University will host its 76th annual A-Day Fair from Friday, April 24 to Sunday, April 26. A-Day is a student-run event and member of the Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs. All proceeds made from the fair benefit student clubs and organizations.

A-Day offers community members a unique opportunity to participate in the fair through a wide range of public competitions. These competitions highlight the region's agricultural traditions, craftsmanship and creativity, and continue to be a cornerstone of the A-Day experience.

Twelve competitive departments are open to the public

• 4-H Departments
• Hay and Grains
• Vegetables
• Home Produced Goods
• Floral Exhibits
• Needlework
• Photography and Crafts
• Wine and Beer
• Major Contest - 4-H
• Apriary Products
• Antique Farm Equipment

Some departments include multiple sections and classes. Premiums will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places per class.

Review the A-Day Fair Premium Booklet at delval.edu/aday for information regarding entries, classes, guidelines and premiums. All entries must be dropped off on Thursday, April 23 by 5 p.m. to the Life Sciences Building.
