Delaware Valley University is excited to announce its participation in Unearthing the Future, a new branded content series presented by The Lexicon of Food and produced by BBC StoryWorks for series participants. The series meets farmers being supported to access and steward land of their own, educators championing seed-to-table learning, and food scientists using experimentation to revive and reimagine traditional practices. DelVal's strong presence in the agriculture industry and its unique Experience360 program for hands-on learning are what resulted in BBC selecting DelVal as one of only six organizations worldwide to feature in the series. Dr. Jacqueline Ricotta, chair of the Department of Plant Science and Landscape Architecture spearheaded DelVal's participation in the project and took on a prominent role in the feature itself. In the six-minute video, she and recent graduate Charley Silfee '25 tell the story of DelVal and highlight the unqiue opportunities for hands-on learning future farmers have right on DelVal's campus.

These students were honored for high academic achievement by being named to Delaware Valley University's Tau Sigma Honor Society for the 2024-25 academic year.

The Delaware Valley Branch of the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (DVB AALAS) J.J. Noonan Scholarship is awarded based on merit, achievement and need to students pursuing a laboratory animal science degree at local schools and colleges. The scholarship intends to further students' education in the laboratory animal science field. DelVal students comprised 75% of this year's total recipients.

These students were honored for high academic achievement by being named to Delaware Valley University's Delta Tau Alpha Honor Society for the 2024-25 academic year.

These students were honored for high academic achievement by being named to Delaware Valley University's Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society for the 2024-25 academic year.

These students were honored for high academic achievement by being named to Delaware Valley University's Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society for the 2024-25 academic year.

These students were inducted into Tau Sigma, a national honor society for transfer students who achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher in one full term.

The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has announced its major conference awards, recognizing four Delaware Valley women's soccer players with All-Conference honors. Jess Williamson, Viola Anderson, Olivia Ball, and Mari Colosimo were all named to the All-MAC Freedom teams. Anderson and Williamson each earned first team honors while Ball and Colosimo were honorable mentions.
