Doylestown, PA (11/24/2025) — Delaware Valley University (DelVal) held its sixth annual Spark Bowl on Thursday, Nov. 20. The "Shark Tank"-style competition brings together entrepreneurs, students and community members for an evening of innovation and real-world problem solving. Bottimals - Bottle-Loveys for Babies earned first place and a $12,000 prize for their creative and compassionate product designed to help infants transition from breastfeeding to bottle feeding.

Bottimals is owned by Julianne Gardner, who was supported by a DelVal student consulting team featuring Katia Holmes, Zoie Jackson-Lawrence and Ryan Adler. In addition to the business prizes awarded to each venture, student teams of the winning businesses also received a monetary award for their work.

Mojoz GummiCone captured second place, earning $6,000 for its innovative edible candy cone designed for frozen desserts. BH Botanicals, a natural skincare brand created by DelVal Senior Brandon Haniff, received third place and $3,000.

Held in the Life Sciences Building Auditorium, this year's Spark Bowl drew community members, local entrepreneurs and students for an evening of live pitches, networking and entrepreneurial celebration.

"Spark Bowl continues to showcase the passion, imagination and determination of our region's entrepreneurs," said Dr. Tanya Casas, dean of the School of Business, Arts and Sciences at DelVal. "We are incredibly proud of this year's competitors and of the students who supported them with research, creativity and hard work."
