Delaware Valley University Redesigns Master in Management and Organizational Leadership Program

The redesigned program meets evolving employer needs and equips emerging and established leaders for success across a wide range of industries

Doylestown, PA (02/04/2026) — Delaware Valley University has redesigned its Master's in Management and Organizational Leadership (MMOL) program. The most notable change is the transition from being a Master of Arts to a Master of Science degree, along with a new, streamlined format. What was once a 36-credit program is now a 30-credit program allowing students to earn the graduate degree in as little as one year.

Three new specializations tracks give leaders the opportunity to pursue focus that best aligns with their career goals.

  • Human Resources Leadership
  • Non-Profit Management
  • Strategic Management

The re-envisioned MMOL program is designed for working professionals who want to lead people, teams and organizations more effectively. Courses are 100% online, asynchronously delivered in accelerated 7.5-week terms. The program emphasizes team leadership, data-informed decision-making, strategic organizational change and managerial communication skills. The practical, people-centered leadership skills developed through the program prepare students for immediate workplace application across business, healthcare, education, nonprofits, government and many other industries.

Additionally, DelVal's new Business Artificial Intelligence graduate certificate is stackable with the MMOL degree. Students enrolled in MMOL may take three of the four Business AI certificate courses to fulfill their elective coursework and complete the additional course over and above the M.S. requirements to earn the certificate.

Students interested in the Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership program should visit delval.edu/grad and register to attend the MMOL information session on Tuesday, Feb. 17, at 12:15 p.m.

DelVal is also hosting an open house on Wednesday, March 23, for students interested in any graduate-level program.
